Our relationship with Fintelligence

We conduct our credit assistance activities as an Authorised Credit Representative of Fintelligence Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 511803). When we collect, use or disclose your personal information (including credit information and credit eligibility information) in the course of arranging finance, that information is handled under, and protected by, the Fintelligence Group Privacy Policy, which we adopt.

You can read the Fintelligence Group Privacy Policy at fintelligence.com.au/legal/privacy-policy. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected directly by us — for example, through this website and our enquiry forms — and how that connects to the Fintelligence framework.

What personal information we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

  • your name and contact details (phone number, email address, postcode or location);
  • information you provide through our online enquiry or application form, including the type and amount of finance you are seeking, your asset or purpose, and your self-assessed credit position;

How we collect it

Wherever reasonable and practical, we collect personal information directly from you — through our website forms, by phone, or by email. In the course of arranging finance, we may also collect information from credit reporting bodies, lenders and other parties as described in the Fintelligence Group Privacy Policy.

Why we collect it

We collect and use your personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry and contact you about finance options;
  • assess and arrange finance suited to your needs, as your credit representative;
  • verify your identity and meet our legal and compliance obligations;
  • improve our website and services, and (where permitted) provide you with relevant information about our services.

You can ask us not to send you marketing information at any time.

Who we disclose it to

In arranging finance, we may disclose your personal information to Fintelligence, lenders and credit providers, credit reporting bodies, and other parties involved in the credit process, as set out in the Fintelligence Group Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure these parties protect your information. We do not sell your personal information.
